Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon sea moss gel

• 1 banana

• 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, or mixed)

• 1/2 cup spinach or kale

• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

• 1 tablespoon flaxseeds or chia seeds

• 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Sea Moss Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup sea moss gel

• 1/2 cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted

• 1 cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or almond flour

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix the sea moss gel, melted coconut oil, and sugar until combined.

3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.

4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold until just combined.

5. Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.

6. Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Heat the fruit juice in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2. Stir in the agar-agar powder and whisk until dissolved.

3. Add the sea moss gel and honey/maple syrup, and mix well.

4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let it set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

5. Pop the gummies out and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Sea Moss Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon sea moss gel

• 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

• 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

• 1/2 banana

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sea moss gel, coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.

3. Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

4. Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.

5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy a moist, nutritious banana bread!
